Joist AI participated in the 2025 AGC Annual Convention, held April 8–10 in Columbus, Ohio. The company exhibited in the Diverge Innovation Lab, a collaborative space powered by Hilti and presented in partnership with Hensel Phelps. The lab brought together industry leaders, startups and project teams to explore and refine emerging technologies in robotics, automation, artificial intelligence and digital tools. As a strategic innovation partner, Hensel Phelps continued to lead the industry through its Diverge program by connecting construction professionals with high-impact technologies like Joist AI.

Joist AI’s platform addressed one of the construction industry’s most time-consuming tasks: preparing competitive proposals. The technology automated content generation streamlined workflows and ensured RFP compliance using past project data. As a result, construction firms reduced proposal development time by 30 percent and increased their chances of winning work. Convention attendees visited Booth 813 in Exhibit Hall A to see live demonstrations and meet the Joist AI team. With its deep industry knowledge and AI-powered tools, Joist AI provided a modern solution to help firms pursue and secure projects more efficiently.
